Be\u015f ya\u015f alt\u0131 \u00e7ocuk \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin yakla\u015f\u0131k yar\u0131s\u0131na (%45) katk\u0131da bulunur \u2013 bu da y\u0131lda 3,1 milyon \u00e7ocuk demektir. Bu hedefe ula\u015fmak,&nbsp; teknolojiye ve pazar alanlar\u0131na, g\u0131da \u00fcretim sistemlerine ve esnek tar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131na hakl\u0131 ve e\u015fit eri\u015fimi sa\u011flayarak k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00fcreticilerin \u00fcretimlerinin ve gelirlerinin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hedefin alt ba\u015fl\u0131k kategorileri toplamda sekiz ayr\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmde toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.1.<\/strong>&nbsp;2030\u2019a kadar a\u00e7l\u0131\u011f\u0131n sona erdirilmesi ve \u00f6zellikle yoksullar ve \u00e7ocuklar da d\u00e2hil k\u0131r\u0131lgan durumda olan ki\u015filer ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere herkesin b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u0131l boyunca g\u00fcvenli, besleyici ve yeterli miktarda yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131<br><br><strong>2.1.2.<\/strong>&nbsp;G\u0131da G\u00fcvensizli\u011fi Deneyimi \u00d6l\u00e7e\u011fi&#8217;ne (Food Insecurity Experience Scale &#8211; FIES) g\u00f6re, n\u00fcfusun i\u00e7inde orta ya da ciddi d\u00fczeydeki g\u0131da g\u00fcvensizli\u011finin yayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2.<\/strong>&nbsp;2030\u2019a kadar yetersiz ya\u015fl\u0131 insanlar\u0131n beslenmeyle ilgili ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ele al\u0131nmas\u0131<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.2.1.<\/strong>&nbsp;5 ya\u015f ve alt\u0131 \u00e7ocuklarda
