Yine 2017&#8217;de, k\u00fcresel n\u00fcfusun yaln\u0131zca y\u00fczde 71&#8217;i g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilen i\u00e7me suyu kulland\u0131 ve 2,2 milyar ki\u015fi hala g\u00fcvenli bir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilen i\u00e7me suyuna sahip de\u011fildi. Su stresi ile ilgili olarak: &#8220;2017&#8217;de Orta ve G\u00fcney Asya ve Kuzey Afrika, \u00e7ekilen tatl\u0131 suyun toplam i\u00e7ilebilir tatl\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131na oran\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanan &#8211; y\u00fczde 70&#8217;in \u00fczerinde \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek su stresi kaydedildi. Su sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne y\u00f6nelik resmi kalk\u0131nma yard\u0131m\u0131 \u00f6demeleri 2018&#8217;de 9 milyar dolara y\u00fckseldi. Kan\u0131tlar, yard\u0131mla finanse edilen hem arz hem de talep y\u00f6nl\u00fc m\u00fcdahalelerin suya eri\u015fimin te\u015fvik edilmesine katk\u0131da bulunabilece\u011fini, ancak tutarl\u0131 uzun vadeli yat\u0131r\u0131mlara ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hedefin alt ba\u015fl\u0131k kategorileri toplamda sekiz ayr\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmde toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.1.&nbsp;<\/strong>2030\u2019a kadar herkesin g\u00fcvenilir ve eri\u015filebilir i\u00e7me suyuna evrensel ve e\u015fit bi\u00e7imde eri\u015fiminin g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.1.1.&nbsp;<\/strong>G\u00fcvenilir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilen i\u00e7me suyu hizmetlerini kullanan n\u00fcfusun oran\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.2.&nbsp;<\/strong>2030\u2019a kadar herkesin yeterli temizlik ve s\u0131hhi ko\u015fullara e\u015fit bi\u00e7imde eri\u015fiminin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131n, k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n ve k\u0131r\u0131lgan durumda olan ki\u015filerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131na \u00f6zel \u00f6nem g\u00f6stererek kamuya a\u00e7\u0131k alanlarda d\u0131\u015fk\u0131laman\u0131n sona erdirilmesi<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.2.1.&nbsp;<\/strong>Sabun ve su ile el y\u0131kama imk\u00e2n\u0131 d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere g\u00fcvenilir \u015fekilde y\u00f6netilen at\u0131k su ve kanalizasyon hizmetlerini kullanan n\u00fcfusun oran\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.3.&nbsp;<\/strong>2030\u2019a kadar kirlili\u011fi azaltarak, \u00e7\u00f6p bo\u015faltmay\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rarak, zararl\u0131 kimyasallar\u0131n ve maddelerin sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirgeyerek, ar\u0131t\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f at\u0131k su oran\u0131n\u0131 yar\u0131ya indirerek ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve g\u00fcvenli tekrar kullan\u0131m\u0131 k\u00fcresel olarak ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde art\u0131rarak su
