Ayr\u0131ca, en az geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler i\u00e7in oran 2018&#8217;de y\u00fczde 4,5 ve 2019&#8217;da y\u00fczde 4,8 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti ve bu oran S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir Kalk\u0131nma Hedefleri 8&#8217;de hedeflenen y\u00fczde 7&#8217;lik b\u00fcy\u00fcme oran\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda kald\u0131. 2019&#8217;da d\u00fcnyadaki gen\u00e7lerin y\u00fczde 22&#8217;si, 2005&#8217;ten bu yana pek de\u011fi\u015fmeyen bir rakam olan istihdam, e\u011fitim veya \u00f6\u011fretimde de\u011fildi. Gen\u00e7 istihdam\u0131n\u0131 ele almak, insana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve \u00fcretken bir i\u015f arayan gen\u00e7lerle ve gen\u00e7ler i\u00e7in \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulmak anlam\u0131na geliyor.
